The Just Shall Live By Faith

We will be looking at what it means to live by faith and how that plays out in our lives. We will also look to some of the following passages in scripture that reveal God's heart for us and His highest desire for us to have faith in Him: Habbakuk 2:4, Deuteronomy 32:20 & Numbers 21:4-9, Romans 1:16-17, Hebrews 11:1, and John 3:14-17.

Being Prepared

As we see the devastation in Japan, the growing threat of nuclear meltdowns, the increasing turmoil in the Middle East, rising gas and food prices in our nation, state and city, are we prepared spiritually- both individually and corporately- for what is coming and even now happening in our world today? Come and join us as we discuss how we can deepen our walks with Jesus to be prepared for what is ahead.

Faith in a Faithful God

..."And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." Hebrews 11:6 This week the topic is faith. We will look at what it is, how it shapes our intimacy with God, and how it will spur us on for more of Him.

True to Jesus

This Saturday night we'll be taking a look at our faith journey, and asking the question "what is my faith leaning on?" As Christians, we usually say we're leaning solely on Jesus, but that's often a lot easier said than done. We may have textbook routines of daily quiet times, weekly bible studies and "church" gatherings, regular prayer/worship gatherings and outreaches. BUT, does that necessarily mean we're leaning completely on Jesus? If it was possible for Him to take a "vacation" away from us for a week, would our lives really fall apart? Let's make sure our hearts (and lives) are being true to Jesus.
