Objective

As the Clinical Education Manager, you will:

  • manage the clinical training of company products and services across distributor partners and health care professionals (HCPs)  
  • lead the clinical training strategy for all products  
  • develop medical education and training initiatives
  • engage the customer and provide clinical and market perspectives to make strategic recommendations and direction for new product development  
  • will work in close coordination with R&D team members, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), outside partners and executive leadership

Your Role

  • Define and develop education and training initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and sales representatives
  • Organize webinars and online training sessions to ensure all customer needs are met
  • Conduct market and customer research including advisory boards and voice-of-customer feedback activities
  • Coordinate podium and publication strategy with key opinion leaders
  • Participate in key scientific conferences and meetings
  • Maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers
  • Contribute to the development of marketing requirements and justification for new products
  • Work cross functionally with Elevate team members, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), outside partners and executive leadership
  • Provide training of other associates and or new team members
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of time

Responsibilities

  • 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Training Manager for a medical device company or equivalent experience as a Certified Orthotist, Physical Therapist or Athletic Trainer
  • Knowledge of orthopedic/sports-medicine medical devices and procedures
  • Hands-on patient or clinical setting experience
  • Experience working with KOL’s and sales teams to identify product requirements
  • Experience in creating and implementing educational marketing and training plans to launch new products
  • Experience in creating online and in-person medical education and training courses
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and communicate with all levels
  • Strong communicator and ability to lead and present in group meetings and webinars
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scientific conferences or meetings
  • Excellent writing, communication, computer, and presentation skills
  • Experience working within a team environment
