The Customer Success Manager will be critical in customer acquisition and helping to meet revenue targets in our exponential growth phase. This role is responsible for maximizing our sales potentials by crafting, implementing, and executing targeting plans to build direct clinical relationships while maintaining customer success through our distribution channels. You will also present sales activity and provide realistic forecasts. As a growing company, we expect our employees to flexibly engage in many aspects of the business, both to move quickly but also to give employees the opportunity to participate and grow in roles beyond their fundamental position. This involves wearing many hats beyond just sales, including but not limited to business development, marketing, and operations.

Reporting to the VP S+M, in a fast moving and rapidly growing company, we view this as a great opportunity but we also expect our team to wear multiple hats and demonstrate a level of ability, ambition, efficiency, and ingenuity that will enable our success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive exponential growth & rapid increase in market share
  • Use cutting edge sales approaches to exceed customer expectations
  • Craft and execute optimal sales plans utilizing various resources to achieve revenue growth targets in the US
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with internal and external customers
  • A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills

Key Qualifications

  • A love for innovative solutions to sales - Start-up experience is a bonus
  • In-depth industry experience is an advantage but not a necessity
  • 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Ability to analyze and provide insights on customer data, and sales reports
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and execution skills
  • Extremely self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking abilities
  • Great computer, documentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
